New Unifleet version 4

Unifleet Version 4 has now been released. It is a comprehensive revision of our fleet management and reporting system.

This updated version includes the feedback we have received from our existing customers. It incorporates a new sleek, lightweight look, a new roles and permissions system and completely revised plant and maintenance modules.

Understanding that many users have bandwidth limitations, the system has been optimised for increased performance.

What is Unifleet?

Unifleet is a fleet management and reporting system that provides just the right information required to run a fleet effectively.

Unifleet concentrates on providing only what you need and nothing that you don't need.

Unifleet enables organisations to reduce fleet management costs, increase efficiency and achieve compliance with the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Standards and Australian Construction & Municipal Engineering Industry benchmark Key Performance Indicators, without ongoing capital and maintenance expenditure on technology and inhouse technical services.

How does Unifleet work?
An operator or manager sets up Unifleet by entering all the details of your managed assets, or upload via a spreadsheet.
Using your own role-based logins to access your data, update information, add new assets added and retire old assets. Nothing is deleted. Upload fuel and financial data using files exported in common formats from your existing financial and fuel supplier systems – there is no double keying.
From any Internet-enabled PC, enter asset and maintenance details such as service and repair information, directly into Unifleet.
From then on, Unifleet uses your financial, fuel and service data to capture costs, plant income, kilometre or hour utilisation, and maintenance records for your plant and vehicle fleet. You can even upload historical data to improve longitudinal reporting.
The maintenance module allows you to book service and repair tasks and manage your own workshop. Alternately, it can be used to manage outsourced service and maintenance agreements with suppliers.
Extract a comprehensive suite of reports on key performance indicators for best practice fleet management.
All reports are available in PDF, HTML or CSV format to assist you to make informed decisions regarding the operation of your fleet.
Save time and money by more efficient, lower cost fleet management.
